Tama po yung 90% base on the new spp. Sa regular design services.. if work is abandoned or suspended.....
some of the questions are changing it's answer? why? and how would we know if it is the final answer?
what question? pls. provide info so we can correct any mistake. thanks.
I thinks its better kung nakalagay if sa questions if it its based on the new or old SPP,
kindly show the computation on how the 52,500 derived. Based on RA 9266 sec 35, incentive is 1.5% of Project construction cost and shall not exceed more than 50% of his annual salary. This is my interpretation.PCC is 50,000,000 x 1.5% x 7%question. why is it also multiplied by 7% and not just 1.5% only? is it because it exceed the 50% of his annual salary?
P50,000,000.00 x 7% = P3,500,000.001.5% of P3,500,000.00 = P52,500.00
